Everyone receives instruction and support needed to master cycle charting, including the rules for using the Fertility Awareness Method for contraception. I’ll provide a thermometer, a notebook with charts and guidelines, and other resources. It’s deep body literacy that can change your life.
You will become expert in observing and recording your fertility signs, including fertile cervical fluid and basal body temperature. At each class you’ll have the chance to review and ask questions about your charting practice.
Tuition includes a free private consult to be scheduled within 3 months of the last class. We will solidify your practice and make sure you are ready to use the method to prevent pregnancy. We can also strategize about any health issues that reveal themselves in your charts.

Cancellations: If you must miss a class, please give me as much notice as possible and I may be able to make a recording available. We can also cover the material most important for you during your private consult. If you wish to withdraw from the course, a refund minus a $25 processing fee will be given up to three business days prior to the first class.
